Tui Blue Suite Princess - Adults Only

Lovely hotel only downside was we were moved for two days to another hotel.

Just had a lovely week at the TUI blue Suite princess. Travelled solo and had a great chilled out holiday. Check in - I arrived late and got a lovely well needed welcome drink, the lady at reception was lovely, welcoming and explained everything to me Room 6003 Junior suite - large , comfy, loads of storage, lovely quiet room. Cleaned when I asked, safe was free, comfy beds. Air con worked brilliantly. Food - really nice food across breakfast, lunch & dinner. So much choice, tasty and the service was amazing. Never waited for drinks and food also nice and hot. Pool & sunbeds - plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas on every two sunbeds together. Towels are removed before 10am if you leave them them which was a system that worked well and I have witnessed at other hotels. Pool bar staff work hard all day. TUI team aquafit was great Generally the hotel was a great holiday I would definitely book again, everywhere is very clean, all staff can’t do enough for you and are all friendly. Travelling solo I felt comfortable, met loads of lovely couples and even for the bus to Puerto Rico for the day - so easy to do.

We had a great week in the TUI Blue Princess Hotel in Playa Taurito Gran Canaria. We found the staff very friendly and attentive. There was plenty of choice of food, the entertainment was also great. The pool and pool side were very clean and there were plenty of sun beds also. All in all it was a great adults only hotel.

Lovely location overlooking the sea, great atmosphere. The room was really spacious with a huge superking bed (we booked a junior suite) the Tui hotel App was superb for ordering anything required i.e. I ordered more liquid soap for the bathroom & it was delivered within 15 minutes. Also shower cap, tissues & an extra blanket, all left in our room. The cleanliness was excellent, housekeeping came in every day. The metal chain curtain decor was rather strange. But no other complaints about the room, lovely balcony with superb view. The staff were excellent. We went for a week all inclusive. It was expensive, but we felt good value, with everything included. The food was fabulous, loads of choice & late breakfast if required. We had trouble booking the Balinese beds on the App, but a wonderful receptionist sorted it for us with no charge. All in all a fabulous holiday.

We like this hotel and this was our 4th visit. The staff are lovely and always polite and can’t do enough for you. The hotel and rooms are kept extremely clean We love the late breakfast in the Taste Restaurant as it is more relaxed than the main buffet restaurant. We also love a lazy lunch in the Taste Restaurant. There is always a generous choice of food and wonderful salads which suits us. We enjoy the evening entertainment. Taurito is very small with a few shops and this may not suit everyone. There is a daily free bus to beautiful Puerto de Mogan if you want to shop or sit by the marina for a drink or coffee. The one thing that I like the most is that they do not allow guests to reserve sun beds prior to 10am.

A lovely hotel a bit dated needs some upgrade . But what fabulous staff location it was. Spotlessly clean staff can’t do enough for you . Loved the water aerobics with Sophie & Nella . The cocktail queen Paula is just amazing and wonderful to all guests . Bar staff and restaurant so polite and the cleanliness was 10/10 .Pool area plenty of beds and no towel hoggers. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels . We would definitely recommend this Hotel can’t wait to return . Thank you for a lovely holiday

A lovely hotel in a lovely location, not a criticism, merely an observation but transfer from the airport to the resort took 60-90 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special shout out to Romana who served us drinks, a very relaxed demeanour and a lovely smile, she never put a foot wrong. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean, nice ambience and with a great sea view; very quiet with the balcony door closed. We never saw room service but despite (usually) getting up fairly late the room was always ready for when we returned. Having had mediocre buffet food previously, we were very impressed with the food on offer especially the freshly cooked breakfast items and lunch/evening barbecue. Good day-to-day variation. If taking a late lunch, however, some "hot" items could be lukewarm or even cold. Quality of the fruit and vegatables was excellent. Not much to do at the resort (but that's what we wanted) although there is a shuttle bus to Playa Mogan daily which we were told was great. Typically two different types of evening entertainment (although you need to be early for the "main" entertainment) some of which was very good and some just OK but that said generally superior to other TUI hotels in which we've stayed. We visited April 27th to May 11th - apparently in the "Winter" so the pool closed at 18:00 - would have been nice to have it stay open later (i.e. 19:00 as in "Summer"). Apparently the hotel was not at 100% occupancy so it was easy to get a sun lounger at a prime location - nevertheless plenty of others were available so access should not be an issue even in the high season. I got a great "late" deal online so I consider the hotel offered excellent value; we thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing break and absolutely inten to visit again.

Last minute break and it hit all the right buttons. Extremely clean. Fantastic staff and entertainment. We literally could not fault anything. The staff work so hard to ensure you have the best experience. Sophia in the entertainment team did an excellent aqua hit and aerobics sessions. If our gym did those classes instead of the insipid classes which pass for aqua aerobics in the UK we would definitely join in regularly. The best we have ever experienced anywhere else. The barman (sorry can’t remember his name)! My bad! At the pool bar made the best Tia Maria coffees and cocktails all made with branded liqueurs and was an absolute pleasure to have serve us during the hot days by the pool and the view from that bar of Puerto Mahon are just stunning Would we return absolutely
