Comfortable hotel, cool air.

I'd like to bring an issue with the security staff to your attention. Yesterday, after checking in, my wife and I went out for a meal. When we left the hotel, a white Avansa car was also exiting. The security guard helped the Avansa cross the road, but I, on my motorbike right behind it, was not offered the same assistance. Was it because I was on a motorbike? It seemed only cars received help crossing. (The security guard was wearing a neon green jacket.) The same thing happened during check-out. The security guard saw that I wanted to cross the road, but he just stood there silently. He didn't help stop traffic and simply walked away. In my opinion, the hospitality standards for a 3-star hotel should start with welcoming security guards.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathroom door needs to be repaired, because it is fragile. The service is quite good The location is quite strategic The price is according to the facilities

Initially there was an error from the trip and hotel, but it was immediately handled well. The location is very strategic and on the side of the main road, so access is easy. Clean and complete facilities. The water heater didn't work well, but fortunately when it did, the air wasn't that cold. Breakfast is varied and tastes quite good. There is a small swimming pool, but there was no time to swim. Got a room on the 3rd floor, had to use the stairs because the lift was under repair. The rest is okay, thank you for the stay experience.

Cleanliness was very poor when I entered there was still hair remaining, the chairs on the balcony were very dusty, hot water didn't come out all the time

Friendly hotel for tourist attractions in Tawangmangu, close to Grojogan Sewu, lots of cafes, located on the main road Tawangmangu-Solo. Only because the air is cool around 28 degrees C, the room facilities are not equipped with air conditioning. Luckily there is a hot tub in the deluxe room so it can replace the excitement of staying here. Clean towels, complete amenitis, clean bath water. Ok for those who want to stay while refreshing at the foot of Mount Lawu.
