Has been a regular guest for this hotel. Easy to check in and check out. Basic toiletries are provided. Hair dryer available. Cloth iron is available which is located at the reception area.

Firstly, the hotel does not have an elevator. Guests are required to carry their luggage up the stairs, And the air con not cool in the room . Most importantly ,there was no staff available at the service counter after 5:00 p.m. if before 8:30am . Check out will no get back deposit on the day ,need to drop the room key in check out box .and get it by transfer .

Strategically placed near restaurants of Tawau newly developed area. The room is clean. 10% off spa downstairs.

Overall it was pretty good, except the toilet in the room had a bit of a smell.

The room in this hotel was very clean, and the decor felt fresh and new, which made me feel comfortable, secure, and relaxed. The air conditioning was also very pleasant and cool. My only minor complaint is that there was only one chair in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient for eating. The location was great, but you do have to climb some stairs to get there. The service was good too.

One of the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in the area. The only down side is only got stairs. The room is super clean and feel new. They only have top window and not a full length window. Definitely one of the better hotels in the area.

Everything was good, just the toilet was abit funny, 1 level higher from the room level, need to climb up. Others were ok. Definitely worth to visit again.

Is having a lot a shop can walk around and food variety to choose.

Good location. Walking distance to all the needs. Food, laundry, entertainment, banks, etc.
