the hotel itself is clean, the room i've been in was big and comfortable. personally i had some issue with wifi (which was perfectly working everywhere else) and no one gived me a solution for the problem. not a great thing, but still something. for the rest was good.

The best hotel in tawau, it was claimed by the local people. Tawau is a small town. It's consider the top tier hotel.

The location is convenient and service is good. The view from the room is not facing too much of ocean

Strategic location Lot of parking Easy check in & out Room is clean with nice Seaview Toilet smell good and water pressure also good Breakfast is okay.

This is my 2nd stay after my trip back from Tarakan.My 1st stay was not to my espectation and requested for a better room upon checking out telling them that we were returning as there is not much choice in Tawau. Yes, we got a better room with new air cond and much better facilities. My bookings were same deluxe King. Thanks for the arrangement! In addition, no RM50 refundable deposite was collected on 2nd stay. Breakfast from 6:30-10:00 am. I went at 6:45 and was told the eggs counter is only open at 7:00 am. This is very funny. Looks like eggs are controlled/limited for consuming. It gives a very bad impression to the customers. It was crowded and when we ordered at 7:00, we only got our eggs at 7:15.

Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good amenities like the rooftop restaurant . However, the location is strategic from the main attractions, and the surrounding area all nearby restaurant and easy to buy a lot of things..The staff were helpful, but the breakfast need more improvement

The location of this hotel is the best as it's at the city center. Easy to goto any place nearby and no issues with buying stuff or finding food around.... the only things is the hotel is a bit older compared to the other hotels... but will still consider to stay there during our next Tawau visit
