I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I stay in 2-3 hotels a month. So I appreciate friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff that greeted me, Salome and Tamar, were great. They were friendly, nice, warm and positive the whole time I was waiting on my room to be prepared. They went above and beyond what was necessary. The room is simple, which I prefer. It didn’t have that leftover smokey feel that some of the hotels I’ve stayed in Tbilisi have had. You can order room service, but since you are near good restaurants, I’d recommend that instead to experience the local food. You are also a quick taxi to anything for really cheap.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body. By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park. ·Facility It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good. Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person. However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people. Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

2nd time to visit, good choice I like the breakfast really enjoyed

Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds. The room missed a few things like water bottles, vanity kits, etc. but they brought all of it after we asked. Possibility to check in early for 50% of the rate which is very useful when you arrive in the middle of the night. Slight issue with the bathroom if you take a shower, the water doesn't go down the drain right away so it starts leaking outside.

The hotel staff was very kind and nice! I asked the hotel staff if there was a microwave and they said it was in the bar so I could heat up some instant rice!
