Hi,
Negative points are:
1. We hanged sign "Clean up room", but nothing happened. The carpet is dirty. The shower missed some part.
2. Service by the reception. We arrived at 4.30 in the morning.
The receptionist was not aware what should he do, he was incompetent and unfriendly.
He made us feel as we disturbed him, so it was not a good customer service.
To summarize: Good hotel , good location but needs improvement.

The place of hotel very close to city center, which I liked most. Food was very tasty but it were little. And I couldn't get toothpaste and toothbrush in the 3 days 😂 that was great experience to me. Thank you

I was traveling alone and stayed at a hotel called Pushkin because of its name, but it was the worst hotel I've stayed at during my entire trip. It was a bit pricey at $32, but I think there are a lot of better hotels for $35.

Были в отеле в июле. Внешне он неплохой, НО: 1. Хамка Лана на ресепшен: при оформлении ввела в заблуждение временем завтрака, сказав с 8 до 12. На след день пришли завтрак в 11:08 (ребенок спал после долгого перелета) - устроила истерику, тряся телефоном и крича с выпущенными глазами «Вы опоздали на завтрак…» и показывая на время, в последствии оказалось, что завтрак с 8 до 11 летом и с 9 до 11 зимой. 2. Посредственная уборка номера: мыльные принадлежности выдаются только при заселении в номер, в дальнейшем они никогда не пополнялись и неважно на 1-3 дня вы приехали или на 1-2 недели. На 3-х человек (2 взрослых и ребенок) выдали только на 2-х человек, ребенку не надо - зачем? 3. Табличка «Уборка номера» второй раз была просто проигнорирована, соответственно, номер был не убран. 4. Как бы хорошо на кухне ни готовили блюда, разнообразия мало. И уж тем более, находя волос в мясной выпечке, аппетит полностью пропадает. 5. Ну и вишенка на торте: сложилось впечатление, что персонал отеля готовит номера «на отвали». Заселяясь в номер, проверяйте каждую исправность техники, других предметов интерьера, чтобы не попасть на 50 лари (явно выдуманная стоимость) за какую-то маленькую, плохо закрепленную стеклянную туалетную полочку. Администрация отеля сделайте выводы в отношении этого администратора, если хотите поддерживать рейтинг отеля и гостеприимство Тбилиси.
