Location: From afar, you can see the Ferris wheel and cable cars on the mountaintop, and below, you overlook the entire river, which is absolutely beautiful. It's in a bustling area. Room: The room has 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view 👍. The entire room has a clean color scheme, and the facilities are good, but surprisingly, the hand soap and shower gel were almost empty and hadn't been refilled. Breakfast: Honestly, it wasn't great. The fruits were quite ripe and became unappetizing quickly after being served. Other items were mostly Western, and the only hot food available was omelets. Special shout-out: The extra bed for our check-in was a huge help. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded our room. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations based on previous reviews, but as soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the floor-to-ceiling windows and city views. I didn't even want to leave! The night view was absolutely stunning, and all the photos were taken from inside the room. Breakfast was also good, and the breakfast restaurant on the terrace had a great view too, with lots of little sparrows flitting around, waiting for scraps. Plus, the Asian restaurant next to the hotel lobby is really delicious – highly recommend it!

Everything was great. The breakfasts offered food adapted for international guests. The front desk staff spoke English and Russian. They even gave us a better room than what we booked.

I was very disappointed with my stay. This is a 5-star hotel, but there wasn’t even a toothbrush or toothpaste provided in the room. During our stay, the electricity went out, and the elevators stopped working. On top of that, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We wanted to cancel our stay and move to another hotel because of these issues, but the hotel refused to approve the cancellation. This was definitely not the level of service I expected from a 5-star property.

Outdated hotel, lots of things need to be fixed Booked it for outdoor pool and bar side. Service is slow and mediocre, not really a Radisson level. Casino on the ground level attracts strange people outside at night time. Restaurant food is ok but pricey

That's was amazing experience, my room was really nice, the view was incredible!

Location is great, however if you wish to use outdoor spa and winning pool note that it's seasonal, no information during the booking or on hotel website, kids were sad
