Excellent location! Hotel Magnolia is within walking distance of everything. I easily explored the entire Old Town with its narrow streets and temples on foot. It's right next to Freedom Square. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and ATMs nearby. The hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast. The room has a kettle, cups, and a hairdryer. The Wi-Fi is good. But the best part is the incredibly kind staff – wonderful people who are ready to help at any moment. They are so responsive! I booked an airport transfer through the hotel for only 75 Georgian Lari, and it was super fast. Everything was on time, easy, and simple! A huge thank you to the lovely people at the reception, and to everyone who cleans the rooms and hallways, and who prepares the food! Thank you so much for being there. I will definitely be back!

Horribly dirty hotel: - There was no toilet paper for the entire stay, although my sister's room had some. - Dirty sink, walls, dust everywhere. - As soon as we checked in, there were hairs in the drain. In the other room: - The bedding was dirty, as if it hadn't even been changed after the previous guests. The same goes for the bath towel and foot towel – they were stained and smelled. - All the walls were very dirty. - The toilet reeked terribly, and don't even get me started on the cleanliness of the shower cabin; it was full of streaks and rust. - The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work, and neither did the mirror light. - The carpet on the floor seemed like it had never been vacuumed. The carpet was glued to the wall like a skirting board, but it was peeling off the wall. - Under the nightstand, there were dust bunnies and peanut shells. Pros: The location is genuinely good, close to the city center.

Located in the Old Town, not far from the lower station of the funicular to the castle. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Republic Square, but it's uphill, so it can be a bit tiring. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was a little basic.

Very lovely courtyard that can be viewed from the balcony. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

The hotel is alright, with decent overall environment and facilities. However, the 'king-size bed' was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I could only sleep on one side. Also, there was hardly anything to eat for breakfast. On the first day, an old gentleman checked me in, showed me to my room, and explained how to use the facilities, which was quite thoughtful. Another thing is that there's no bottled water in the room, which is very inconvenient; I had to buy my own.

The room had a carpet that wasn't very clean, and there were some candy wrappers in the corner, clearly left by previous guests. The breakfast was terrible; the selection was very poor, and some dishes (like cheese and pastries) weren't fresh. The juice and coffee were watered down.

The room size was decent, but it's a shame that if you book through the app, you only get rooms on the first floor.

We had a very dirty room with empty vodka bottles under the bed. The walls were filthy, and the bathroom door was grimy. Plus, the shower didn't have a screen, so water went everywhere, and the towels were old. Our room was on the -1 floor, and the window faced the street with no curtain to block the view from outside. However, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, for which we're grateful!

The hotel owners were wonderful! When I arrived, they offered me wine and showed me places to visit and things to see, including areas to avoid when walking alone. The location was convenient, not far from the funicular to the park, and close to the main square and all the downtown action. In short, I really liked everything! It was a bit sad that there was construction outside my window, but the beds and mattresses were so good that I slept like a log. ☺️

The rooms are very run-down and dim, with some lights not even working. They initially put me in one room, but I found a lot of hair on the bedding, and the cups and nightstand were dirty, as if the room hadn't been cleaned at all. I asked the administrator to do something about it, and they moved me to the next room. The new room was pretty much the same, just slightly better. I realized other rooms were probably in a similar state, so I didn't bother asking to move again. The hotel itself is on a hill, very close to all the attractions, which was a plus. There's a great view of the city from the roof, but my room had a view of a construction site. There was no drinking water, tea, or coffee in the room, though that would have been a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel's condition and upkeep leave a lot to be desired. A bit more coziness and cleanliness would make a huge difference.

Everything was good! Good value for the price. The only thing is that the restaurant, as far as I understand, is in the basement, and there was a strong smell of sewage or cockroach killer. This strong smell mixed with the smell of food (and I had stomach problems during my trip), which made me more sensitive to smells, so eating was unpleasant.

Everything was fine. The hotel has a good location. There's a rooftop access where you can sit at a table and enjoy the city panorama. Breakfast is simple, but you won't go hungry.

A small hotel with all facilities. I stayed here with pleasure. It was a very cozy, clean and with a good atmosphere hotel.The staff was very welcoming and warm. The room was well furnished. I recommend this hotel. I will stay in it next time for sure.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The manager was incredibly friendly! He even gave me an upgraded room for the same price, without me even asking!
