This was my first time staying at a motel, and it was so convenient to park right outside my room. I only had to carry my luggage about two meters! The room facilities were all very clean, and the landlady was incredibly welcoming. It was a great experience overall.

Very good location. Mins drive to town centre, many choices of resturants . Supermarket also near. Near milford sound pick up point. Near lake te anau - beautiful. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable heater works well except no heater in the bathroom which was too cold when showering.

This was truly a pleasant surprise and the most satisfying accommodation of our trip. Firstly, the cleanliness was exceptional, not just in the room, but also in the courtyard, communal kitchen, and other areas. The bed was comfortable, and there was even an electric blanket! The one-bedroom unit was spacious, featuring a small living area with a sofa, a balcony, and a kitchenette equipped for simple cooking, complete with a microwave, an electric stove, and a full set of pots and utensils. We were very happy with Parklands Motel & Apartments Te Anau!

The room was great, and the value for money was decent. The common kitchen was also spacious and very functional. If you're heading to Milford Sound, staying here for a night is an excellent choice. Very good.

We stayed 2 nights got an upgrade to upstairs facing the park very nice friendly staff great room Location is great a few minutes walk to town centre Went to Milford Sounds from here about 2 hours away

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any issues we had. Even though it's a motel, it was exceptionally clean. The room also came with coffee and sugar, but there was no oil, which is something to note if you plan on cooking. Overall, we were very satisfied! It's definitely worth staying here!
