I like the bedsheet! Clean n smooth n semi-waterproof. Better ease of mind when sleeping on it. Spoons n cutleries are displayed on dining table, looking abit dirty. Can just keep away if not in use.

Location is good . Just upstair paradigm mall JB . Very convenient. Even is Abnb but the customer service is good . But the room is old . Got a lot bird very noise

Air con dripping, main bedroom not cold enough, broken cupboard door and stinky fridge. A lot of things not communicated well and everything has fine tag to things broken by you if by accident. So be careful to check before staying. They will ask you to transfer $ to personal bank as deposit.

Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you.

Convenience location, the diff we met are : one only key ror the whole gp of us. & difficulty to drive back to return key after carpark access

Conveniently annexed to mall, clear parking, check in and out instructions. Complete w washing machine if need. Nice view with a high floor unit.

We arrived at 1pm and the unit was ready for check in which was awesome. During inspection of the unit found the flooring in the living room was broken and it would move if u stepped on it. This was simply covered by a carpet. Took a video and sent to their whatsapp but was not acknowledged. Then came the common toilet right beside the living room. Firstly had a very foul smell, the shower wasnt draining well and the bidet was broken and made my pants all wet when i turned it on. The smell got worse throughout our stay and we just choose not to use the common toilet at all. They only give 1 access card but u can request one more from the lobby. But makesure ask them if the card can be used for carpark entrance. After check out we left our bags at the lobby and was chrged rm10/bag for storage while we went last minute shopping. Oh also u cant access the mall after 10pm. So if youre taking a cab makesure u drop off at the residents instead of mall entrance
