Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋

The room was visibly cleaned haphazardly with half-used toilet rolls and leftover drinks hanging on the doorknob of the toilet. The drain in the toilet had a super bad odour that made it hard to even breathe in. The hairdryer was working but the entire device was hanging on a thin thread of wire which can be very dangerous. The extra pillow provided was also mouldy and the cardboard smelt really bad. The aircon was working fine but when you first enter the room the air would be stale and it can get quite humid. Came back on the second night to a door that was unresponsive to our room key card. The service of the staff was ok though.

Booked non-smoking room, but few rooms also with cigarette smell and cigarette butt in toilet basin and floor. (I requested to change room) Sticky room floor. Cracked toilet bowl, dew unsafe to use. Also saw stray cat vomit on table at lobby waiting area. So far, the location is good. Friendly staff.

Room cleanliness still ok acceptable. Location convenient to paradigm mall shopping. Bed mattress comfortable. Water and coffee mix prepare well. Only unhappy things is feeling hot in the room, air cond not enough cold.

Location is really good. The space is just quite small. Additional ventilation can also be recommended.

The shower head is not in good condition. But the room is clean and tidy.

The customer service could have been better upon check in. The lady at the front desk was busy on her phone and didn’t bother checking details of my check in. Even the gentleman during the night was equally ignorant I wonder how these staff were stationed to sit there doing their own thing instead of working. Location was ok but staying experience is definitely terrible. The rooms were run down, window ledges broken, rooms had strong cigarette smell, shortage of towels for the family room, phone spoilt, no Wifi password, air con was dripping, the safety of the guest is important. There were too many encounters with drunk occupants who argued with the staff and noisy throughout the night. They even tried to misbehave. We did not escalate this to the front desk because their customer service was poor. No rapport with guest, me being a hotelier myself find this ridiculous. Staff has to be trained and ensure the quality of stay. The type of customers they take might obstruct others stay. Especially with windows broken there might be a high possibility of theft therefore I had to carry all personal belongings everywhere. Overall I’m glad to stay safe with my children and elderly mum but never returning there again.

Awesome experience

Not recommend, the only good point of the hotel is near the paradigm mall. There’s even scratches on the wall and when we first entered the room it comes with some unfavorable smell 🥹

location very strategic..near to paradigms mall and the is a mamak restaurant at the corner of the hotel. room a big small for deluxe king but clean and tidy.

Near the Paradigm mall, easy to travel, the room is fragrant.

The staff and location were good
