Eight Days Boutique Hotel - Mount Austin Reviews

Repeat stay at this hotel. WiFi ok but shower head water pressure is low. Foods in walking distance. Many durian stalls along the hotel carpark.

The hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations. The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured! Best and affordable hotel i have been along mount austin. Thanks for the stay! Room was ok to stay, aircond is cold and the service is amazing. will definitely stay again in the future

It's an ok hotel if you wanna stay one night near Taman Mount Austin but away from the crowds. Easy to find parking here and there's food around this area too

Eight Days is located within walking distance to the food area of Mt Austin. There is a grocer downstairs and McDonalds which closes at 3am is less than 5 mins walk away. Around 10 mins walk will be the eateries such as The Toast. There are also eateries across the road and a Ramen street stall and durian stall right below. I would say it is really convenient to get around but not right in the busy area of Mt Austin so noise and jams are less of a problem. The room we stay in was way better than expected for a hotel of this price. It is relatively clean. The air con and wifi works without issue. Only small quip is that the TV does not allow connection of your own HDMI to plug your own media. I can't figure out any airplay features so we can't stream any movies. Would definitely strongly consider staying again for a weekend getaway.

For 60SGD the whole apartment inclusive of 2 rooms, 2 toilets and a kitchen and hall is worth it. The place is located in an old building. The WIFI has strong coverage. Couldn't use the television as there was a connection issue which was a bummer. It's a huge hassle to pick up your keys from the office which is across the apartment. Not suitable for someone with injury and just looking to check in and rest immediately on arrival. I say this place is more suitable for guests with cars and for families with children.

Fast and efficient friendly staff at the main lobby. Clean floor, bed , toilet. Been here a few times this past few months. Only thing that needs to be improved is the black mould problem and wall defects in room I got this time.

1st time booking this hotel. The environment and surroundings are good. The location is more outside Mount Austin but is still good for me. The receptionist provided a good service attitude.

Excellent location and the apartment is spacious and adequately equipped. Smoking may be a little inconvenient as it’s prohibited within the entire building. The designated smoking area is next to the guard room. Overall truly enjoy my stay and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay there.

Overall room cleanliness and neatness was good. However, the hotel room wifi signal was weak. There is a night pub named Uncle Don which is a walking distance from this hotel and a very affordable satay stall and roti prata shop. The overall location is good but quite quiet at night.
