The location of hotel have foods nearby. Such as dim sum and Indian foods. Room is suitable for solo travellers. Only one problem is shower water pressure is low. I'm staying in 319. I am repeat stay over there.

Overall pretty decent for a quick night stay. Has a slight damp smell in the room.

As a Singaporean who frequently stays at hotels in Johor Bahru, this was the first time I encountered a check-in policy like this. The booking was made under my name, and both my Malaysian bf and I were present at check-in. However, the reception insisted on using only my identification for registration and required me to handle the tourism tax, refusing to use my boyfriend's MyKad for the registration process. I found this surprising because other hotels in JB that I've stayed at have been more flexible and allowed my partner to be registered using his MyKad when we checked in together. It would have been helpful if this policy had been communicated more clearly beforehand.nThat said, the stay itself was generally fine. My feedback is mainly regarding the check-in experience, which felt unnecessarily rigid compared to other hotels in the area.

Located at Austin height near to my work place. Surrounding got lots of foods store.

The hotel is good enough for me. Close to food places. I wish they improve the amenities like soap and shampoo to one that smell good.

I booked this hotel because of all the good reviews, but after checking in, it wasn't as good as people said. First, the location is just okay, with some food options across the street, including a McDonald's nearby. The front desk staff seemed unwelcoming. What I couldn't stand the most was the strong musty smell; as soon as the elevator doors opened on the third floor, it hit me and the smell was present all the way into the room – completely unacceptable. While there was a water heater for the shower, the water flow was very low. The facilities were old and dated, and the bed sheets even had water stains.

Great cleanliness and good service! Unfortunately, the poor isolation made it a bit noisy at night.

The place is beautiful. I will definitely book this hotel again, it has all the facilities! 👍

1. The room is really good. 2. The room has a window, and surprisingly, an ashtray, which is genuinely great for smokers. 3. The room is cleaned daily. 4. Not far from the hotel, there are two 99 supermarkets. What made me happiest was this: Room 8 was fully booked, and I was going to have to move hotels. I spoke to the front desk receptionist, David, and asked if he could extend my stay if there was a last-minute cancellation. And sure enough, yesterday morning, he did manage to extend my stay. I sincerely thank David!

Location is good. A lot of eataries. Near Aeon, Lotus, Ikea. Enjoy food in day day eat cafe. Ah Meng duck. They are just a small walk away. Hotel staff friendly. Place is clean.

For this price, it’s a clean and comfortable stay. Good for one night in JB. Near to good food

Good for short term stay, overall is good. But it could be good if they can clean under bed.

The pillow needs replacing. It’s already quite old. And it smells a bit.
