Checkin after sunset is not good In morning the same reception area was very soothing with nice view The hospitality was very good whether it was at entrance team or the dining area or the cafe The staff and cheff all of them had a great welcoming approach with a very positive attitude and discipline which felt great.

This was my first ever vacation experience with JW and I chose JW Mussorie Walnut Grove Resort. I would rate this property 10/10 on each parameter. Scenic location, beautiful rooms with great amenities and moreover a great team taking your experience a notch above other competitor brands. Staff will greet you with your first name...wow. We celebrated birthday in family. Vandana Thapliyal and her guest relations team made sure it was a superb surprise with amazing decoration, a lovely delicious cake and handmade greeting with photo memories. Team gifted a lovely bouquet of flowers to elevate our experience. Shailendra Singh's housekeeping team assured to leave a beautiful note and a gift. All restaurants offer a delectable fare of varities from local gadhwal cusine to Asian and Mediterranean food. Each evening you can enjoy Kachadi - local tea ritual with great music and scenic mountains. Akash at JW Cafe presented us with a yummy chocolate mousse cake when we checked out. If you wanna take a break and pamper urself in nature's lap, I strongly recommend JW Marriott Walnut Grove Resort and Spa in Mussoorie as your next destination

Exotic place in Himalayas Staff was very loving caring and friendly. Food was very delicious and lot of variety to choose !!! Jamal in food service made it very easy for us . Manager Priyanka was very friendly and helpful and last but not the least my driver Pankaj and his uncle at Westin resort narendra nagar were awesome and helpful

It was a perfect vacation in every way. This was our first stay in the JW group, and we were mesmerized by the hospitality of the resorts. Starting from check-in to check-out, we enjoyed every part. My kid enjoyed the activities (cricket, chess, bowling) at the hotel and was very happy. The best part of the resort was the food. The quality and taste were fantastic in every restaurant. Chef Mr. Sainath and Mr. Gurpreet took good care of us during our lunch and dinner. The front desk and concierge were exceptional. In a way, we are delighted and will return to this property soon.

Oh, where do I begin. This was one of the most pleasant stays of my life. Everything was top notch- room quality, ambience, food, playing arena, the interiors, the pool, the beauty of the hotel, everything. But what really outshined all else was the hospitality of the hotel staff. Excellent! Mr. Aniruddh, the manager at Teppan was the kindest and most warm of all people making our meal experiences out of this world. just making sure everything was just the way we like it and going beyond too make it memorable for us.Special mention to Shubham, Naman and Thoi in Teppan for serving us so well. Ms Raagini Agarwal too was just the best to connect with and host us. She made it extra special by making a hand drawn card for us for the parents' anniversary amongst many other courtesies. Thank you guys for the best stay! Coming back again surely.
