Platinum Residence

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The service is excellent! They meet you at the taxi and help with your luggage. The staff are friendly and polite, always happy to help with any requests. They'll always assist you and offer advice. The room is clean and cozy. There's a kettle, coffee, and tea, plus a complimentary fruit plate. The bedding is clean, and there are bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries – everything you need. The air conditioning isn't noisy, so it was comfortable to sleep. They even brought an iron to our room when we asked. The breakfasts are delicious and filling. Coffee from the machine costs extra. We brought our own wine, and the staff provided glasses upon request. We ordered dinner to our room from the hotel's restaurant; it was tasty and affordable, taking about 40 minutes to prepare. It's cheaper to order a taxi yourself through an app like Uber than through the hotel. It's 10-15 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend!

For this price point, it's pretty decent. There are a lot of Chinese guests, and a KFC nearby, but getting around is a bit inconvenient.

The room was okay, with facilities comparable to a 2-3 star hotel in China. The location is so-so; it's close to the airport, but if you want to go to the city center, the traffic can be really bad.
