Cappadocia Cave Resort & Spa (CCR)

Absolutely worst hotel I have stayed in my life dodo not deserve any star for this hotel. Reception very rood Room absolutely untidy and not clean Bathroom half of the fittings were not working Dustbin full of dirty stuff from previous passenger not bother to clean No amenity or food or snacks in room even if chargeable Fridge is empty and dirty No glass of whiskey or wine in room Restaurant not provide anything in room service Surprisingly they charge for bucket of ice 30 usd. If ask in room Breakfast untidily kept and though juice is kept along with breakfast but chargeable Still many thing I donot remember but staying in this hotel is night dream. If any responsible hotel association is reading this request you to remove five star property for this property. Absolutely disgusting and awful.

Location is excellent with terrific view from room of Hot Air Ballons and valley. Staff of reception was very helpful and patient in answering all my queries. Indoor pool and spa is super. Indian restaurant in the hotel with good limited vegetarian options

Great location with amazing views of the valley and surrounds from the roof top balcony. Uchisar castle provides a spectacular back drop which looms over the hotel. Its a great location to view the hot air balloons each morning for the sun rise. The young guys managing the hotel were very friendly and helpful during our time.

Everything you want in a hotel, it had class, very clean, hospitality is great, good choices and options for food & dining. İt's a very quiet place, it has a very beautiful view, in the morning you can watch the hot air balloons, in the afternoon after the rain, you can watch the rainbow front of your room, this is inapproachable..All the staff deserve a mention, but a special thank you has to be extended to Pirouz, whom we know consider a dear friend. I highly recommend going on this trip! Overall the holiday was fantastic and extremely relaxing which is what I needed.

This Luxurious and beautiful cave hotel comes with the best team of staff. Pirouz made this stay unforgettable for our family of 9. Breakfast was great and the views are unforgettable. We watched the hot air balloons from our balcony as we had decided not to participate. The spa was amazing which is next door to the hotel. Will recommend this Cave/ castle luxury resort to all of our friends and family.

This is easily the best resort in Cappadocia. We’ve been going to Cappadocia for many years and have stayed in different hotels but nothing compares to CCR HOTEL.From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful. Pirouz who fulfilled all our wishes and made our vacation perfect. We even got a message to check we got home safely. They were very reachable at any time. Nothing was ever a problem and everything was answer quick and effective. The room was very big and pleasant, from the room you can watch all the balloons, valley and sunrise, The food was incredible at the restaurants. especially thenk to Chef Mustafa for delicious and excellent quality of dishes. Highly recommend this resort for a wonderful family holiday. We will definitely be returning next year....

This hotel is good for photo shooting of hot air balloon scene and sunrise !!! We stayed at room 321.. the view from room terrace is fantastic ! The hotel room is comfortable size but the acoustic between rooms is not so good. Cleanness is just ok ! The Hotel restaurant ( opposite the hotel reception) served good beef dishes.. recommended !

We had a fantastic three-day experience at CCR. The hotel's sustainable approach, including its delicious, locally sourced cuisine, method to washing laundry, and concept of maintaining the local heritage of the structures it owns and handles, especially pleased us. The rooms, meals, and service were all flawless and extraordinary. The hotel team was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and the panoramic views from our room, restaurants, and bar were outstanding. We were concerned about visiting during the winter because of the cold temps, but the hotel was always cozy and comfortable - the view was significantly boosted by the snow. as always a unique atmosphere and very helpful service. our carer Pirouz surrounded us with care and warmth, thanks to which we felt at home, he went over and beyond to make our stay not just comfortable but luxurious and wonderful. he checked on us every day and every evening to ensure we were enjoying our holiday. We would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking for a pleasant, memorable, and long-lasting stay in Cappadocia.

From our arrival to our departure the staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered. Our room was beautiful!The beds were luxe and comfy. Great large bathroom with nice towels and products.The breakfast buffet at the Inn was delicious, But the best is the service. All their staff are smiling and eager to please. Pirouz & Kemal at the front desk were exceptionally wonderful.We will definitely be back!
