Everything is bad except the location... We booked this place because we wanted to be close to Carmel market but unfortunately when we got there the old lady from the reception had no idea about our reservation... she argued with us as it was our fault that she didn't check our booking reservation... finally, we paid but she didn't have change... not an issue however we had to wait 3 DAYS to get our change back, each day they came up with excuses not to give our change, very strange it never happened before anywhere else in other countries that we visited. The other lady was rude, she threw towels on me after we kindly asked for towels since there weren't any in our room. Honestly this is a place that you should avoid , no reason to go here.

There is no reception desk, joke towels were provided, right in the market and it's dirty, not a good room at all, would not stay here again.the only good thing about this property is that it's close to the beach.

The first time i was there was much better than the last time lets say... but this place is still very convenient somehow. The location is good ... the room i had the first time i came, thoigh smaller, was still luch better than the bigger rrom i had last

Place was an absolute dump. Pictures totally inconsistent with reality. Upon arrival, no towels, no toilet paper, no cutlery. Noisy dog in next room. Construction dust everywhere - they were building new rooms and banging all the time. Hard to believe ********** was so incompetent as to choose this place.

Des escrocs, refus d annuler en temps de guerre en Israël, tout est dans les mains de mon avocat !!!!! Des ESCROCS ! Sans dialogue A FUIR !!!! A ÉVITER !!!!! UNE HONTE DE REFUSER UNE ANNULATION SUR LE SITE CAUSE DE LA GUERRE, nous ne pouvons venir car le pont ALEMBY est fermé !!!!
