Renaissance Tel Aviv Hotel

All the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful and always smiling. They were obviously happy to work there.

Having been to Tel Aviv almost every summer for 30 years, this was my first time at The Renaissance and i was a liitle apprehensive . Meantime, I was more than happy - a nice Exec club room had everthing necessay and its small balcony gave the most fanastic view right to Jaffa. Wouldnt suggest this if you have very good hearing as you might be sliightly disconcerted by the boom, boom. boom' from below, However it was the people who made it the pleasure it was. All well trained, fluent in English and only too eager to please with a can-do attitude . Refershingly and pleasingly different to what i've experienced elsewhere. Truly 'service with a smile'. The only downside..The Renaissance along with all Tel Aviv hotels, charge for guests for meetimgs in the execitive lounge. To me it's nonsensical, as iti ntroduces the best of the hotel to the business community and other buiness folk from overseas. Even so, loved my time there and hope to go back

I spent four days at the Renaissance Tel Aviv after spending nine days traveling all over Israel including the Gaza Envelope, the Lebanon and Syria border, Jerusalem, and the Samaria Hills. The Renaissance offered me the time to rest and meet with my many friends in Tel Aviv and enjoy the beach. I had not stayed there for several years because of a remodel and the war. My hotel room was great with a view of the sea. Its Executive Lounge offered wine, soda, water as well as an array of fruits, desserts, and an evening meal. Unfortunately one evening before going out to dinner I tripped in the lobby cutting my forehead and suffering a minor concussion. The staff went out of its way to look after me both the night it happened and the next days. They made me feel like a special person. They had been very attentive before my accident. This was my 12th visit to Israel and I am happy to state that I never felt safer. I visited places at the borders that most tourists don't go. The people that I visited at Kibbutzim and villages that had been run over and bombed could not have been nicer and open about their experiences on and after 7 October 2023. This included a couple that had been kidnapped by Hamas. The wife spent 53 days in captivity and the husband 484 days. I spoke to soldiers who fought and villagers who tried to protect their community. The resiliency of the Israeli people amazed me. I look forward to going again next year hopefully with my grandsons.

My stay was probably the best Marriott I have ever stayed in and considering my extensive history with hotels this says a lot. The entire staff were exceptional with a special shout out to Rachel in the Club Lounge, Front Desk Staff and the bellmen. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, food delicious. Location was great and being next to the beach added a special ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful anniversary stay at the Renaissance Tel Aviv. The hotel itself is excellent, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Rachel in the Executive Lounge, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We've stayed in many hotels, and few match this level of service and hospitality. Looking forward to returning!

Hotel was great. Beach access immediately outside the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Highlight of the hotel is Rachael upstairs in the lounge. She will do everything in her power to ensure you are having a good time

The location is amazing, and the breakfast is great (although nothing matches the Carleton breakfast). If you are lucky enough to access the Executive Lounge, its view and its manager are the main reasons to come to this hotel. The lovely woman who manages the executive lounge makes everyone feel like family, and is an absolute blessing. However the front desk/reception manager could use some help understanding customer relations. Both of my stays in the last two years have been in renovated rooms. I would suggest asking for a room facing Jaffa for the sunset, and to ask for one of the renovated rooms. The pool and gym areas are serviceable but they feel as if they could use some tlc.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming from start to finish. A special highlight was spending time in the lounge…Rachel truly stood out. She is always so attentive, friendly, and made everyone feel at home. Her hospitality added an extra touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I am! The staff is unbelievable, starting with Nora at the front desk at , Sabina in the restaurant for breakfast, and Rachel in the executive lounge. The location could not be better, the rooms have a beautiful sea view, and the hotel decor is lovely and clean. I will definitely be back!
