the restaurant and the view of my room all is okay and the food is good☺️☺️☺️

The hotel is in great location but currently is surrounded by city construction and this is not disclosed in the reservation process. It is very difficult to find the hotel and you hve to carry your bags for about two blocks. We called the hotel for directions and noone answered. when we arrived at 11pm there was nobody to check us in as the front desk agent was at their sister hotel next door. Very bad start. it got worse. If I could upload the video and sound of the LOUD noises coming from the bathroom constantly, I would. Loud running water sound and a explosion type sound every 30 seconds! I complained at the front desk in the morning and it never got resolved. The hotel is filthy and in disrepair. Hallway carpeting is sticky. Room doors and walls are scratched and need paint desperately. The work out room has no air conditioning and had dripping water from the ceiling. No towels to wipe the equipement. Very poor service throughout the hotel. This was our anniversary and I paid for a nic room and was hoping for a wonderful experience. I got neither. I would not recommend this property. I travel for work and pleasure and have top status on hotel, airlines and others.

The location is central in Tel Aviv Yafo with easy access to the beach, but construction surrounds the hotel due to a new subway being built. Staff are friendly but always busy and inconvenienced as the hotel is packed in the summer. Room was a bit small and not 100% clean (stained towels). Gym is well equipped, but small. Sauna is mainly for guests who book a massage, so not often available for free use.

Very bad experience, I booked sea view room with Queen Bed but I was shifted to small room without sea view. Really spoiled our visit. No menu option in Breakfast.

Great Hotel nice people . Highly recommend. They have the nice terrace on the fifth floor and soon the roof top will be reopen it should be way nicer .

The hotel is located near the beach, and it is very convenient to get in and out of the beach. The only thing is that there are road construction projects outside the hotel ⚠️There are sometimes construction sounds at night. The exterior wall of the hotel is relatively old and the lobby is normal, but the staff were very slow during check-in time. Some foreign tourists quarreled with the manager. It was obvious that the manager's handling methods were not professional. He even got into an argument with the foreign tourist who was bringing his daughter. Check-in time is 3:00; but we couldn't get a room at 3:15. The room has a balcony and the lighting is good. Staying on the second floor, the corridor looks like an old shopping mall. The price is relatively cheap for Tel Aviv. Overall good 👌

I didn't have hot water for two days, and after complaining for the second day they agreed to move me. I feel bad as the hotel is trying their best but the rooms were not well cleaned and service was mediocore

Check in staff was super friendly and we arrived at 9am, the room was ready for us to use which is very impressive. Room interior is aged but good enough for just a one night layover.

At first we got a room without ac.. so they moved us a room. We ordered a room with outdoor jacuzzi for my husband birthday and it was very expensive, but he didn’t work. Also there was a cockroach in our room. Very small rooms.

Charming boutique style hotel with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Sea view a plus. Outside work on light rail makes car/taxi access a little challenging but overall a really nice hotel a short walk from the beach and eating places.

Stayed here 3 nights in the jacuzzi suite enjoyed every bit of it , although parking is a bit of a hassle and privacy around the jacuzzi can be better but I still had a great time and very comfortable stay, the shore is a 5-10 minute walk and plenty of convenient store and restaurants nearby.
