I checked in and was handed a key card and a roll of sheets. The luggage room wasn’t locked. I went up to the room (no elevator) and opened the door. It was an all male room. (I asked for an all female room). I went downstairs and told him the issue. He gave me another key card. I entered, and the bed I was assigned was occupied. After an hour, back and forth with *******, and I gave up. There was a possible empty bed, though it looked used. It was also a top bunk - not great. I made my bed, went to the bathroom (3 of the seats were falling off), took a shower and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I found used food packets and a French fry next to my mattress from a previous tenant!!!! I got the hell out of there.
