Tempat bagus dan nyaman, tapi untuk hotel kurang family friendly krn tidak ada lift dan naik nya tinggi banget huhuhu. Kalau bawa orang tua menggeh2. Saya bayar untuk kamar deluxe dg harapan dapat double bed, malah dapat twin bed. Padahal deluxe yang paling mehong :"(

Sebenernya kemarin pengin coba cottage nya... Sayang sudah penuh.

Overall kondisi kamar hotel bagus dan luas. Kamar mandi bersih, AC walau jadul tapi berfungsi dengan baik. Air panas d kamar mandi lancar. Toiletries lengkap.

The place is nice and comfortable, but the hotel is not family friendly because there is no lift and the rise is really high huhuhu. If you bring your parents, you'll groan. I paid for a deluxe room in the hope of getting a double bed, but instead I got twin beds. Even though the deluxe is the most magnificent :"(

Actually yesterday I wanted to try the cottage... Unfortunately it was full.

Overall the condition of the hotel rooms is good and spacious. The bathroom is clean, the AC is old school but functions well. Hot water in the bathroom smoothly. Complete toiletries.

We stayed in a Family Room, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was sizable and had working hot water. The room was wonderful, as the pictures and descriptions show. The staff were very friendly and helpful in showing us to our room and making sure we settled in ok. The breakfast was good, with good variety in a cost environment. The hotel is amazing value, for the price you get a spacious, clean, modern and beautiful room with a great bathroom in a wonderful location, close to the main places to see in Batu. I would highly recommend the Riverstone Hotel and Cottage to anyone whom was planning on staying in Batu

We didn't stay at the cottage but at the hotel. Not sure how many cottage they have but the environment was really cozy. The hotel is just at the end of the corner of the cottage. The room was big and clean however the air cond is not powerful enough as it was not cold at all. Anyway it was still fine as it was raining when we arrive. The restaurant is just located in the middle of the cottages. They served simple breakfast and taste was fine. Kids was really enjoyed the stay.

Simple, clean, friendly staff.  Room quiet spacious.    We love the cottage layout, we can park our car right next to our room.    Breakfast is good with enough variety.  We had 2 times dinner in the restaurant and surprisingly the food was nice.    Must come back to this hotel again in the future.
