When seeing there was no shampoo in the bathroom, I called down to the front desk and was told shampoo was only offered to "premium" rooms, which is no where in the description when booking a room. My 10 year old was in the shower, being desperate I asked if i could buy some and was told no. She said I needed to check in the store but wasnt sure if they had any. I asked where that was located, explained the situation and she said right behind me in the offixe but wouldnt check to see if shampoo was in the vending machine for us. That's so ridiculous. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, red syrup stain on the floor by the bed and you could feel every spring in the mattress (we arent heavy people whatsoever) Such a disappointment. I would love to know what a premium room is when i paid $260/270 for 2 nights.
