The room was big and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I thought breakfast was more than adequate. The location and parking was convenient.
What I didn’t like is that we were told that they had light housekeeping every day of our stay. We stayed there for three nights and we never had anyone come to clean up the room. We were told by two different employees on two different occasions , including a manager, that the rooms would be cleaned and they never were. It was very frustrating and disappointing. Especially when you’re told that something is going to be done about the problem and it never was done the whole time we were there. Very unhappy with this aspect of our stay.

Couple Stay
Check in was easy. We weren't given a map of where to go nor told how to get to our room. Only was told what time free breakfasts starts an ends. There was not enough Handicap spaces. And there was more electric car charging stations then handicapped parking in the front. In the room the shower took like 5minutes to warm up.

This was a great place to stay for a wedding. I loved how big the rooms were and how friendly the staff is! Lots of food places around as well and super close to downtown Temecula

Our only “complaint” was we wished there was whipped cream for the amazing waffles…other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful :)

Our stay was better than expected. The hotel is very nice and clean. Will be coming back if in the area
