Good location and budget hotel for a short trip. Overall acceptable. The noises from the bird outside is real but it doesn’t bother me much.
Room need renovation as there are many cracked on wall and stains.

All good except for birds surrounding the area of which quite noisy in the evening n throw their "bobytrack" everywhere..other than this is good

the room looks very small.. not enough space for 1 adult + 2 kids.. from the picture looks different
