La alberca super limpia, los recepcionistas muy amables. Le falta algo de mantenimiento a las instalaciones. El baño en el área de regaderas estaba sucio había cabellos y suciedad. Por ubicación y movilidad está perfecto a unas cuadras del parque balneario Temixco.

Terrible experience. One of the worst accommodations I have ever had. Upon entering the room, the deterioration and humidity on the walls were extremely evident and upon entering the bathroom we saw a dead cockroach. We went to the reception to complain and we had to clean it ourselves, then we left and when we returned we saw another dead cockroach, terrible, the children were scared. The bathroom furniture, both toilet and sink, were loose and moved, we did not have air conditioning, the sheets were dirty with stains!!! Disgusting!! Then the TV wouldn't turn off, it had to be disconnected. Since you see messages that say please don't urinate or vomit on the sheets, it's already terrible, then they don't have parking and they make you give them the keys so they can put the car in the garden and not to mention the state of the car and the pool. , really sad. I could go on mentioning things, like the Rosa Venus soap from a passing hotel and the sachet shampoo, terrible, shameful! and being asked to throw the toilet paper in the bin is the most unhealthy thing that exists, no, in truth the most unpleasant experience you can imagine. I would understand perfectly if the cost of the room had been less than half, but I didn't pay that amount to stay in a hovel. The worst experience by far!

Parece más motel que hotel, el personal grosero, busca problemas a cada solución, el agua tibia más que caliente. Las colchas sucias como de … sucias. Si no hay otra opción para pasar una sola noche adelante.

en general bien, solo que en nuestro cuarto no salia agua fría para bañarte. entonces no se podía templar el agua; salia muy caliente

Las almohadas estaban bastante sucias, pareciera que no habian sido lavadas en meses. En general la parte de afuera bastante bien, pero el cuarto bastante sucio.

Buena alberca, jardín bien cuidado, buena atención del personal.

Muy caro para lo que es este hotel
