This was our first time staying in Tenby and Langdon Villa Guest house was very convenient. A ten minute walk (or less) to the town centre, 15 minutes to the North beach and a little longer only to the South Beach. It is two or three minutes walk from the railway station.
Friendly hosts. The room was comfortable, it was quiet. All regular facilities including kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good - we chose dairy free & vegetarian options. I note that the B&B may be stopping doing breakfast next year - as their website says there are many eating places a short walk away. While prices in cafes and restaurants were expensive or relatively expensive, as in most trendy, tourist or city centre places, we found each meal we had was large portions of good quality food. There are also cheaper places if you look around, and shops to buy picnic stuff.
Tenby is a very pretty and friendly town with wonderful views (ever changing depending on the weather) and friendly people.
We arrived by car and parked at the station car park, which in Summer was £4.25 per day. You have to pay by phone or app which caused quite a lot of confusion. It is a narrow car park with 80 spaces so crowded but usually some spaces free. From 1 October to 31 March it is only £1 per day.
