The staff might have been busy, as they didn't offer help. Hygiene: The room hygiene was fine, and the mattress was very comfortable. Service: The staff were all very enthusiastic. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities reflect an older style, but it's acceptable. Breakfast: Quite good, and the staff were very efficient. Room Recommendation: Choose a first-floor room by the pool."

"The ancient town was beautiful and quiet. The hotel was within walking distance of Wild Duck Lake, and the service was attentive. However, the biggest problem was the room facilities; they were all show and no substance. Many things were broken, such as the hairdryer which didn't produce hot air, and the curtains were also faulty. The hotel's biggest highlight was probably the breakfast on the second morning, which was relatively refined, although not particularly lavish."

"Facilities: Complete smart toilet, electric curtains, clothes drying rack (useful for long-distance self-driving) Sanitation: Cleaned very clean every day. Environment: Good scenery, no obstruction, according to the boss lady, it is a first-line view Service: Very good! There is a special parking lot on the side of the ancient town. The boss lady helped us plan the tour route and introduced various delicacies. We drove all the way from Beijing and chose to stay here the longest. The children and father had stomach discomfort and it was very comfortable to recuperate here. You can pet cats, see the scenery, take a walk, catch fish... I will come back to stay for a few days if I have the chance."

"We chose many hotels when visiting Tengchong, and booked this one for 2 nights because of its high rating. We were amazed after checking in. It was really a treasure hotel. The hotel is newly opened, and the hardware and software facilities are superb. It is tasteful and high-end, with rich breakfast, free parking, and very considerate butler service. The three of us booked a parent-child room with 1 large and 1 small twin bed, and we were upgraded to a deluxe upstairs suite for free, which made our stay more comfortable and we didn't disturb each other. They also recommended and helped us book the Rehai Hot Spring package, which saved us a lot of trouble and effort, and was responsive to our requests. They provided free airport drop-off service, and their service attitude was perfect, which made our 4-day trip to Tengchong and Ruili very heartwarming. I will stay at Doranda again when I come to Tengchong next time!"

"The location is quite convenient, very close to Wenxinglou Pedestrian Street, making it easy to buy fruit. The service was good; they even helped us get to the station before we left. The laundry facilities were also clean, but there was a queue when it was crowded. The breakfast was good; the ladies were very diligent and enthusiastic, but if there were many people, the supply seemed a bit insufficient. Overall, I was quite satisfied and stayed for two more nights. However, on the last night, I found a huge cockroach in the room, which slightly diminished my positive impression."

"I have to commend the hotel's housekeeping department. When we checked in, my companion suddenly caught a cold and wasn't feeling well. Late at night, I called housekeeping to ask if they had any ginger soup. They said the kitchen was closed, and we thought that was that. But about half an hour later, housekeeping specially brought us a bowl of ginger soup, saying they had made it themselves. Their service was exceptionally good."

The only downsides are the internet, which is not great – the Wi-Fi signal is full, but you can only send text, not receive or send images, so you'll mostly rely on mobile data. Also, the soundproofing could be better; you can hear noise from the lobby or neighboring rooms at night if people are being loud."
