Stayed overnight at the Leonardo Hotel as we were hosting friends visiting from Pensilvania USA and all I can say is it was outstanding! From check in, special mention to Steve the Concierge (who diligently stored our bags and offered advice) to the welcome complimentary glass of Prosecco all of the staff were tentative and exceptionally friendly! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant for breakfast outstanding.
All in all fantastic value for money and we would definitely recommend it!

Lovely hotel only 5 minutes walk from Waverley station and in an ideal position for all the main attractions. Excellent breakfast choice. Easy check in and check out with friendly, helpful staff.

Nice cozy hotel near train station about 3min walk easy access to old and new town. Room was spacious and modern, buffet breakfast spread was good with choices of variety. Will stay again.

The staff are helpful. There are a lot of amenities you can order for free, in case you had forgotten to bring.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, as for a double bed and a single bed.
Our room was facing the construction site. It was a bit noisy. And maybe the previous family had opened the window, there are a few moths flying in the room.

Excellent and polite service. Room was clean. The hotel has a list provided in the room that shows what items are free to request should you forget any items, which we did. Overall good service, polite and friendly staff. Good value for money, will definitely book again.

Had dirty towels on the first night but was too tired from late travel to complain. Could have been we were unlucky and on the lower floors but you could hear everything outside the window and it got noisy at night and in the morning. However all other rooms were booked unless we wanted to swap to a higher floor facing construction. Toilet wasn’t cleaned very well. Only upside was location was great.
