The staff was friendly. The cleanliness was unfortunately very bad. They were a lot of cobwebs in the bathroom and it look like it has not been cleansed since forever. Also there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast was very basic.

Friendly staff, Central location near attractions. Stayed two days. However, pool water was dirty (green). Staff recognized problem, but did nothing about it. Basic breakfast. Fried rice was good.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was large and clean. Lovely and quiet here. Watching the sunset from Rooftop overlooking rice fields was magnificent. They a pool gardens were neat and pretty. We had dinner and breakfast at the cafe which was easy after a day of travelling.

Everything is great, great view, delicious breakfast, but in the morning cosmetic repairs began on the extension, it was not very noisy, but workers were walking everywhere, overall a great place.

It's fine for an overnight stay near the Monkey Forest. Nothing extraordinary, but at least it's clean and the outdoor pool area is nice. It has views of Mount Rinjani.
