This is my second visit to this hotel..and it's really an amazing experience. Food, ambience and hospitality of the staff are worth mentioning. Special Thanks to Dipjyoti, Barnali , Shila and entire team. Parthapratim Dutta also helped me a lot .Thank you everyone for giving us this comfortable stay in such a short notice.

The most valuable stay with this hotel. And specially Ms Himasree she is very nice receptionist. Good good good goood. Verrrrry nice stay. Again love to come here and with my friends family and colleague and others reference and office staff too

I was visit to Cygnett Hotel. The hotel is located heart of the city. The staff here are excellent from reception to restaurant. Especially, Mr. ***ishankar the host from bar, provided us amazing service. The food and cocktails was very nice. Thank you

Hotel are fully clean, hygiene and safe. Hotel staff is very polite, disciplined and well behaved. Mr. Adity Sinha sales ***ager is very supportive, helpful and sweet. Best hotel to stay at Tezpur. So guys please visit and have wonderful memories...

Mr Sinha was very friendly and helpful. The ambience and food were great! The staff was wonderful and the menu had a wide selection of food items. I would recommend this place to everyone at my family and workplace. Would love to visit this place again!

Cygnette provides extremely outstanding meals! I ordered their assorted Baker’s basket. The baked items were of immaculate taste and of high quality! I was completely impressed with Mr Bappaditya Sinha’s professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Cygnette!!

This is second time came your hotel all are good but your card not except . This is very bad. This is uncomfortable for us. Because it is customer service. That service I miss your hotel. Hope will get better service for the next. Otherwise I have no issue
