The room has an amazing view. The two young ladies at the front desk were beautiful and provided excellent service. It's right across from the Mekong River, with a large window and a balcony. Thailand is just on the other side of the Mekong River, which was very relaxing.

This hotel only wants Chinese guests. Like all the European guests we saw arrive, and like we experienced ourselves, they'll start by making you believe you haven't booked and that there are no rooms available. Then they'll put you in a room without a balcony and without a river view, with two small beds. We argued that it wasn't the room we had booked and that it wasn't the same price, but it didn't change anything. - No internet in the rooms further away. - Not a hello or a smile. - If you book anyway, take the cheapest room.
