Awful experience at this hotel. Room we were first given was old, smelled of mildew, broken fridge, and wifi never worked. The towels were so old they had holes in them. No shampoo, only one small bar of soap was provided. Outside entrance has very little signage and feels very unsafe. Elevator had no signage either. Reception desk was hidden in the corner on the 1st floor. We were changed to another room on the same floor as reception for better wifi so we could work. The new room was the cleaned up model that they show in the photos. Fridge was still unplugged and warm. Towels provided the first night in the model room were brand new. Asked for housekeeping the next day while we were out and they turned off the fridge, provided warm bottled water, turned off all the air and cooling so the room was very very hot when we entered, lights did not work when re-entering, we were provided the same old towels that feel like sandpaper when you dry after a shower. Property refuses any type of refund. This hotel is a scam. The rooms they provide guests are not the same rooms you see on the photos. Terrible experience with an extremely filthy hotel and poorly-run company.
