The staff was well behaved and helping but the room was in a bad condition, bathroom was smelly and the lift was not working.

The room is good, but the water had chemical smell

we checked in at midnight, no one escorted to our room, we had to search it ourselves. The moment we opened the room, it smelled of OYO. The fridge had stinking stale food kept in it and we found an underwear in the room, imagine the cleanliness. The bathroom floor was sticky. We complained and were offered a replacement room, but we declined as it was 1am and we were tired and sleepy.

We have stayed in this hotel last week. We had good experience as they have small but neat, tidy, clean room. Had hot water even at 5 am. Prompt and polite service. Very convenient location. Good food served. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

As i was busy whole day, jus went on to sleep at the hotel. Room was good, everything was working nice like ac, reading lamp etc etc. Parking space for the vehicle is conjusted.
