Planet Hollywood

My family and I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood Thane, and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was thoroughly taken care of. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, room service was prompt and attentive, and check-out was seamless. The breakfast experience truly deserves a special mention—the dining staff and culinary team are simply exceptional! Not only is there an incredible variety of delicious options that change daily, but the chefs were also more than willing and happy to customize meals to accommodate our specific food allergies and special requests. That level of care and attention to detail was deeply impressive. Staying at the hotel during Ganesh Chaturthi made our visit even more meaningful. Participating in the daily puja held in the lobby was such a thoughtful touch that truly brought guests together and made us feel at home. Another standout feature was the hotel gym—having a knowledgeable personal trainer available every day to assist with specific workout needs and demonstrate proper equipment technique is a rare and valued service you seldom find in other hotels. What makes Planet Hollywood Thane truly special is its heart. The staff doesn't just treat you like hotel guests; they welcome you like family. A heartfelt, personal thank you to: General Manager Krishna for leading such a standout team Chef Saurabh Kulkarni and Chef Sahil for their phenomenal culinary care and accommodations Mr. Amjad, Kaif, and Ashish The fantastic Front Desk team The dedicated Gym Trainer All of the incredible Housekeeping and Support Staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes We will cherish our fond memories here for a long time to come. We highly recommend Planet Hollywood Thane to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning! Thank you all so much!

Great facilities, rooms cleaned daily and staff cannot do enough for you. I am travelling back for work in two weeks and have already booked this hotel.

The entire experience was wonderful. I had booked a buffet party for a my daughter's birthday. She and her friends has a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the experience was definitely worthwhile. A big shoutout to Amjad -the restaurant manager for his help and wonderful decorations, great service and offers. Definitely one of the most recommended place if you want to enjoy your time with family and friends.

The rooms are clean, and comfortable. I absolutely love the stylish, movie-themed atmosphere throughout the property. Even though the main areas are lively, the rooms remain peaceful and noiseless for a great night's sleep.

Pleasant stay with neat and clean room. Breakfast is also good. No much options in dinner in MAP Plan
