Great place, lovely hotel, but the location, is very very far away from mumbai city, 1.30hrs at least.

The hotel’s location is also ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

Short stay All good But there was no bar available that day for hotel guests..that was a bit disappointing All bars were reserved for events...

I stayed in a deluxe room, which was clean and comfortable—definitely good for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus, right in the main center of Belapur, making it convenient for getting around. Breakfast was decent and enough to start the day. Overall, a good experience with a nice balance of comfort and location.

Hotel could be easily located and situated opposite d-mart, so easy to find, but hotel has no parking space. Rooms were small and congested, quite tight-spaced for a couple, including the bathrooms. Only one room we booked had a table to have food inside the room while the other one did not. Hot water not available in the bathroom. Rooms were not provided with dental kits or hand towels, although when asked for it we were provided the same. However, staff was quite helpful and well mannered throughout the stay. Breakfast spread was average with not many options for nonveg, but the items changed on a daily basis so variety was good. Thankfully, outside food is allowed. No amenities for games or other indoor activities such as swimming pool.

Liked… 1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk) 2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine. Didn’t like: 1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos. 2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water 3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain 4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming. 5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.

The hotel is located at good Area, on Palm Beach road. Rooms are located on higher floors , 26,27& 28th Floor. Though the room was clean, the room did not match the pictures shown online. In executive room, pictures shown has is a huge curtain in the room giving an impression of panoramic window behind the curtain, but in actual there is just a wall and a small window with hardly any view instead mess lying outside window. The management should clearly mention that the room doesn’t come with a view. Only delux room comes with actual view.
