Well first of all pool was freezing cold even thou it was heated, hot tub was out has well as the elevator..i had to take two cold showers and my children too...wont be staying there again

Had a room on third floor, elevator was broken. Had a suite and only had one television. Breakfast was less than good, potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly, cereal was stale and the fruit was only a few apples

The morning of the 2nd night there was no hot water to shower before checkout. I advised the front desk in person. There was no offer of a discount or any further discussion as to how they should compensate for this!

Favorite place to stay while in Safford. This time I was disappointed in my stay.
No remote. No extra either. Had to hand do the tv. Got to be annoying.
There was only half a roll of toilet paper. And trash in drawer. Food in ice box.
Other than that-the breakfasts are amazing.
The pool is relaxing and nice.
Every visit is spent here.

The stay was good. It could of been better. The elevator was not working and the ice makers where not working. If you needed water you had to go to the front desk. The breakfast was good. The keys to get in the room worked when they wanted to. I will not be staying there anymore. The owner of the Comfort in needs to fix all this. It is unsatisfying and not worth the money I payed. I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Elevator was broken and no rooms available on the first floor. Had to walk up stairs to third floor. Back door stays unlocked at all times. Room not up to date

The receptionist was rude, the elevator was out, so my husband who is having knee surgery, had to struggle up and down the stairs, every door in the place creaked, and our room key didn’t work. Overall a rather disappointing experience, not to mention painful and inconvenient.

Had to carry bags and ice chest up 3 flights of stairs with no AC in stairwell and 110 degrees. Elevator broken

No working elevator, staff was slightly grumpy that I had made the reservation online (Using ********** made the reservation 1/2 the price of calling Comfort Inn for a reservation directly) they put us on the 3rd floor because of how we booked (yep, they really told us that). new carpet - old paint - ridiculously sized and small placed art - broken thermostat - rubber matt to keep one from slipping in the tub was full of holes. Had a nice plate of cookies on the check in counter displayed nicely - guessing they were for the guests as they checked in. The cookies weren't offered to us yet while I checked in I watched a house keeper grab 8 of them and go plop themselves down in front of the TV in the lobby. My children asked me if they could have one so I let them - hope that was ok. Could really use some customer service training. Good point was the bed was very comfortable.
