This is a beautiful hotel with warm and friendly staff. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The stay experience was excellent, and we also enjoyed the facilities of the neighboring hotel. Overall, it was fantastic.

A beautiful hotel! It was just a shame about the weather on the day of my stay, as it was very windy and rough. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance.

I had a very relaxing time in both the room and on the beach. I even got to see sea turtles, and snorkeling and SUP in the ocean were amazing! The food was also incredibly delicious. For my birthday, they provided drinks, served a cake at dinner, and even gave me a lei as a present! P.S. Laundry was free, and I could refill my water bottle at various spots.

This hotel isn't ideal if you're on a tight schedule or looking for a budget-friendly option, but it's absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. You have the choice of self or valet parking. The sunset at Hapuna Beach is breathtaking, with the entire coastline visible. The hotel offers a good range of restaurants, from affordable to high-end, which is quite reasonable.

We were upgraded to a suite, and the sofa in the living room pulled out into a comfortable bed, which was perfect for our child. The suite also had a faucet with drinkable hot water, which was incredibly convenient for us Asians who enjoy tea. The hotel offers a free laundry room, making it easy to wash clothes daily, and the housekeeping staff were very efficient. Overall, a very good stay.

The Beach is amazing and the ocean views excellent!

Lots of mosquitoes and the hotel facilities are quite old. The overall experience was okay, but there were countless small bugs in the room.

I can recommend this hotel. There are a lot of extra fees that you have to pay for example 37$ per day for a resort fee and 35$ per day if you want to park your car. So for 4 nights we ended up paying almost 400 dollars at the check out only for fees and taxes. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great right by a beautiful beach where you can rent snorkeling gear (for free) and swim with fish and turtles! It also offers a lot of complementary activities and a good (although not amazing) breakfast buffet. All in all we felt very relaxed there and would come back.

This is my second stay at this hotel, the first being during the Chinese New Year in 2024. I'll skip the pleasantries and get straight to it: this time was quite disappointing. I booked a sea-view twin room for 4 nights, and at several thousand yuan a night, it wasn't cheap. However, the shower was uncomfortable every evening. There was no hot water at all, and I had to let the cold water run for at least ten minutes before it slowly started to warm up. Plus, the water pressure was very low, which was really unpleasant. I couldn't wait to check out before leaving this review. I hope my feedback is helpful to others.

The Westin Hapuna lived up to my expectations! Parking was more spacious than I thought, and the room was large and comfortable. You do have to get your water from the dispenser though.

Great hotel! Wonderful beach, pool and gym amenities. Restaurants and on property services were great and not overpriced.

Golf course was closed an we were not informed beforehand
