The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney

First off, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney with plenty of attractions, malls, and restaurants nearby. The room itself felt more like coming home, even the scent reminded me of a traditional family home. The lobby manager was very welcoming; he chatted with me for a bit while I was waiting for my late car, telling me about the area and the hotel's layout.

Extremely convenient location. I got off at Circular Quay station on the airport metro, walked about 700 meters, and found an entrance across the street behind the Four Seasons Hotel. Took the elevator straight to the lobby. I was lucky; there was a room available at 8:50 AM, and the front desk staff checked me in right away, allowing me to get some much-needed rest after a long flight! This is definitely the ideal place to stay when visiting Sydney.

The view is great, but the room's hygiene wasn't good, and the bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was weak, so it was a bit hot. They don't provide complimentary water, and the hotel is located on a slight incline, making it a bit inconvenient to walk around.

The view was absolutely incredible, that was the highlight! They couldn't accommodate an early check-in, but they did give us a 30-minute late check-out, which was great for a relaxed departure.
