Hotel is in a great location in the heart of Sydney. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar was not open but plenty of local bars. Rooftop pool was small but amazing views. Rooms need a refurbishment as look tired and basic. I would recommend booking a harbour view room so you can wake up with a view of the Opera House which was amazing!

Rooms in downtown Sydney are generally on the smaller side, but this place has an unbeatable location. You can see the Harbour Bridge right from your room, and the rooftop view is fantastic too. Plus, it's just a few hundred meters walk to those trendy restaurants under the Harbour Bridge for a steak dinner.

Great location right on the Rocks, very close to Opera house! Beautiful walkable area too many shops and restaurants nearby! The actual rooms are pretty dated and not much to them, didn’t offer many great amenities, but not terrible. Overall it was a good room for what we needed.

Location was good. View from the roof for vivid was quite nice. Unfortunately, due to rain, some views were obscured by location was fantastic in general There was only a slight issue with the showerhead upon arrival but was fixed promptly within an hour or two They also let us check in a little earlier when we arrived earlier. All in all venue was nice and staff were quite accommodating.

The hotel was a little dated, but it was clean and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The views from the rooftop were AMAZING during the day and night. I loved getting up early to watch our cruise ship come into the international cruise terminal from the roof. Honestly this was the PERFECT location to stay before cruising out of Sydney the next morning. We would definitely stay here again.

I really loved the hotel's location! It's so pleasant to walk around the city center. There are many great spots nearby for breakfast or dinner. And if you're going on a cruise, there's no better place to stay!

I've been coming to the Sydney Harbour hotel for years. It's always my go-to when coming to Sydney. However this wasn't a great stay. Was only there for one night and the hot water cold water didn't work. We had to spend 15 minutes trying to find a balancer to use it. Additionally, the TV didn't work at all. It seems the place is starting to get run down. It needs a facelift as well. Additionally, we were so looking forward to using the rooftops bar, but the button didn't work and it was lukewarm. Pretty disappointing
