My child got some rash on his body after sleeping on bed. Breakfast was charged extra. The staff said would whatsapp me, but No follow up after reflecting breakfast extra charges. Better check bills before leaving.

The scenery was undeniably beautiful, but the service was terrible. When I asked a waiter to change the cutlery at breakfast, they just frowned and said, "What?" (While it's a common kind of meanness from white people, it felt incredibly uncomfortable compared to the Capella Sydney). Also, I found a hair in my pound cake at breakfast. When I asked the staff, they said they'd tell the kitchen to be more hygienic, so... well... However, the ambiance was indeed lovely and photogenic.

Apart from the good location, right next to the Opera House, to be honest, the price/performance ratio is a bit low. The hotel looks ordinary and the lobby is very compact, which does not match the price. I even complained that the carpet in the corridor has patches of stains... The view of the Opera House view room is not satisfactory either. A few trees outside the window just block the view of the Opera House. I would rather stay in the Crown Sky Tower
