Great Stay! The 3-bedroom apar**ent has 2 bathrooms. Suited for a family trip. Also have laundry facilities in the apar**ent itself. Proximity to Sydney's main attractions too! Staffs at the Reception very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very dated, needs to be freshened up dramatically,. When I walked in the room my comment was OHH this is it., the air con system would be 25 years old and dirty ., quite disappointing considering the fantastic location

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was a 1 bedroom apar**ent and very well appointed. I did have to ask for coffee and teabags to be replaced and that did not happen but I could have simply got some from reception if a big issue. There is no restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel but plenty of options outside or the kitchen could be used for making yourself

The hotel is in a very good location, very convenient to the opera house, and there are two Coles and many pharmacies around, which makes shopping very convenient. I would like to give special praise to the front desk, a young man with medium-length, slightly curly black hair, who was very patient and friendly. After we checked out, we found that we forgot something in the room, and he immediately went up to help us get it. The breakfast was very good, and it was in the five-star hotel next door. The front desk can store luggage. The hotel has complete facilities, but it is a bit old, but I am quite satisfied with it overall.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to attractions and shopping malls. It is very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The wash basin in the hotel bathroom is a bit shallow, and the water can easily overflow when the water is not flowing smoothly.

Because it happened to be too far away, we chose many hotels at that time which were quite expensive until 9:00, and the one we chose was affordable for the price of one of my rooms. In the end, we couldn't check in and got an extra bed. The service was very good and highly recommended.
