Could someone please text me about a missing dresss form my room.

The location is quite good; it's only a 15-minute walk from the train station. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are very clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide variety of options—it was the best breakfast we had during our entire trip to Europe. We didn't get to use the pool or other amenities because we were too tired.

The hotel's front desk manager, Ms. Eleni, is a terrible person. She's not tolerant at all. I thought my reservation didn't go through due to slow internet and system issues, and since I didn't receive a confirmation email, I accidentally made the same reservation a second time. She refused to refund the cost of the second reservation, which was made by mistake due to a system error. We used the first two-day reservation, but the second one went to waste, and 230 Euros were lost for nothing. May it be a bitter poison.

Good hotel with a rooftop pool and a nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Secure parking is available nearby for a fee. Thank you again!

The Capsis was a very popular destination in Thessaloniki. It’s a good proximity to the main station, even with heavy luggage I was able to find it easily and walk from the station. Took about 15 mins. There is a very large foyer, a pool, lifts and a short walk to the efficient metro. The pool was great and had amazing views and a variety of food offered. The rooms were spacious and the restaurant had a fine selection of great food. Very friendly staff and helpful breakfast staff. I had a first class stay! The images selected are of cultural visits in Thessaloniki. The city is full of beautiful churches and museums all very accessible from the hotel

Service is good, just that their lift is a bit wonky. Expect to wait for quite a long while for the lift, until the service staff comes to override it. Otherwise it is okay.

The hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.

The sea was close, and the historical sites were close... it was convenient.

The reception was very helpful. Paid parking is available (though street parking seems free). The location is a bit far from the beach (about a 20-minute walk). Breakfast options were plentiful! The outdoor pool was a big plus, but the downside was the limited opening hours (11am-7pm).
