I made my reservtion through *********** and by mistake I booked the room for the day before my intended stay, it was solely my mistake! Since I am a reservations manager I know that if the hotel is flexible, it is possisble to could keep the money and let me stay another date, they refused sternly. When I informed them about sharing my experience they cnceled my reservations at booking without refunding me, which is absolutely not legal. Either you keep my money but I get to write my experience or you refund and I cannot. Now the matter will be settled by the bank and ***********. If this is their behaviour to an intended guest I cannot fathom how the are treating their guests or how little they care for anything else besides taking their money and be done with you. unacceptable!

Very nice hotel ,beautiful design,very clean place and very friendly staff ! The location is the best you could ask as is in the heart of valaoritou( exactly in the center of the city ) recommend ! Thank you very much
