"The toilet doors was broken, and there was feces in many of the toilets. Not very impressed by any of the toilet in any of the floors... When we checked in, the refrigerator was full of moldy milk and cheese. Thats was gone the next day, so that's good. Our room was nice. Did not find any bedbugs and the room was clean. Not very soundproof rooms, but there was not much noise to complain about. Really liked the roofterrace, comfy seats and good view! "

"The hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful."
