Rooms are okay but service are not up to mark. Food management is very bad. Service was very bad. Not on time. Required more improvement.

We had a very bad experience. The attitude of the General Manager was extremely poor. The soup didn’t taste good, and when we mentioned it, he replied rudely saying, “this is what it is.” Later, when we asked the chef to make fresh rotis, the General Manager instructed him not to and told him to just microwave the existing ones. Such behavior from the General Manager is completely unacceptable.

The property was clean, neat & welcoming. The location was easy to find & the name board was prominent to spot. The room was clean & the restroom was well kept. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet filling. The staff were very courteous. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend this to others.

Location is good. Amenities are provided in the apartment in common area but are not allowed to use it. I booked all three rooms in one apartment but the AC & TV in common area were denied for use. It seems it is kept only to attract the customers. Swimming pool timing is also odd 9Am to 6PM when most of the visitors moved out of the hotel. The swimming pool facility of no use so I would rate this hotel with 2 star only. Food is OK.
