While you are here you can enjoy the amenities of the home from something a simple as your morning cup of coffee on the front deck to your preferred evening cocktail around the fire pit.The backyard offers plenty of seating for two, as well as a picnic table, which has a built in cooler in the center to keep your choice of refreshments. Feel free to grill on the Traeger wood pellet grill! You can also relax and enjoy the hot tub at your leisure!Our guests have full access to the lake via the community beach, which is a 2 minute walk from the lake house. We also keep one kayak stored with a paddle on the side of the shed in the backyard, as well as fishing poles. The good majority of the lake is approximately 4 feet deep; however, by the floating dock the water is much deeper. My wife and I have fully renovated the inside of the cabin, and have begun to update the exterior. A five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house.The spaceThe Tiny House is located in a very private and remote location that sits next to thousands of acres of state land with beautiful hiking trails and access to the Neversink River.Guest accessPrivate and easy parking with short hike down hill to the site if you are unable to drive directly to the site (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You cannot drive as a result of the unpredictable weather)While the hike is short, some parts are steep, so please walk slowly and take your time.Driving to the site requires a high clearance Truck, Jeep or SUV with all wheel drive or 4-Wheel Drive ONLY.
