The room is spacious but with limited amenities. Toilet door handle was broken. Breakfast was ok. Extremely poor service of the front desk. Asked the front desk the night before checkout if we can keep our luggage until teh evening after check out and was confirmed available by the front desk staff. Upon check out this morning, the front desk told us that they cannot keep the luggage for us as the function room is booked and they don’t have xtra space to keep our 2 luggage. Even I asked him to check with the manager and after a short conversation, the manager shouted from his room saying that no space for luggage storage. Extremely disappointed service and poor attitude. Will never stay in this hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable, with an open-plan kitchen, and breakfast was provided. The staff were polite. The location is excellent, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There's also free underground parking on level P2, which connects to the supermarket and mall across the street. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Have stayed here every time we are in Toronto for almost 10 year. Excellent location and amenities.

Our family of four stayed in a two-bedroom suite featuring a balcony, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Having a full kitchen and dining area was a nice bonus, but we were disappointed to learn that cutlery and dinnerware cost an additional fee. It felt like nickel-and-diming for basic amenities. The unit itself is in need of renovation, as there were noticeable stains on the walls and flooring. On the bright side, our family really enjoyed the daily breakfast, especially the hot options like scrambled eggs and hash browns. Housekeeping was exceptionally friendly, and the gym was well-maintained (note: there is no swimming pool on the property). Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you don’t mind the outdated interior

The room is bigger than I expected, breakfast was complimentary, and also free parking which was great.

Room was booked with full kitchenette, though you receive absolutely 0 items to utilize the kitchen without paying extra. Not even cutlery was in the room, only 2 coffee mugs for the standard hotel room coffee. The front desk did give us a basic plate/cutlery set upon request, but otherwise the kitchen was utterly useless.

The hotel lobby is on the 12th floor. We were assigned a room on the 19th floor with two large beds, one of which was in the living area with a kitchen. The kitchen was useless as no cooking utensils were provided. The room was cleaned daily, and the beds were made, but the sheets were not changed. Overall, it was just average. We had to go down to the 12th floor to ask the staff for water.

The internet connection at this hotel is practically nonexistent; once your domestic data runs out, you're left with no Wi-Fi. And there's no option to pay extra for a working connection. This was the reason I switched hotels. One side of the hotel faces an elevated road, which is extremely noisy, so be sure to avoid those rooms. The higher floors on the other three sides are a bit better regarding noise. There's a large supermarket downstairs, which is quite convenient.

Very good location with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bank nearby. Even with the rail track close by I will pick this hotel again because the service is good and the room is spacious and clean.

Hotel is clean and organized with own bathroom and kitchenette. Good view. Feels like home.

The place is very clean very convenient and they have free breakfast.
