The room is not clean, no room service at all (guaranteed at the counter but didn't do any room services) The room has noise at night, due to loud of ventilation system, which cannot be turned off

Bearing in mind that it’s essentially a Highway travellers accommodation, it’s more than adequate and cheap as chips. You get a Bed, a shower, TV, AC, Food etc. If you’re looking for a fancy stay, you need to triple the amount you are prepared to pay and head closer to the city. We used Ibis Thornleigh as a cheap place to dress and then sleep for a concert at Olympic Park.

Basic but adequate room. Problem was that there was an issue with a fuse. Every time the kettle was turned on the total power in the room went out. The staff swapped the kettle but it still happened. Hopefully it is fixed for the next guest.

Conveniently located close to the Thornleigh Train Station, cafes and restaurants, the hotel is ideal for families and individuals. Although next to a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet.

The location was perfect as it was near where I needed to be. No cleaning service on daily basis I assume as the 2 days I was there, the room was not cleaned. There was no option for you to not have housekeeping either. Though abit dated, I think it is still a nice place to rest for a few nights.

Very convenient location to where I needed to go, but there was a terrible smell coming from the sheets and didn't feel clean. It spoiled my stay so I could not recommend this hotel

Pretty good stay, clean and good price. Although Thornleigh is very far away from Sydney CBD.

Customer service didnt know what they are doing half the time. Booked 2 rooms, was told I had 3 rooms. Housekeeping came once , and only changed towels, never made beds, never gave us clean mugs and only rinsed old one and kept it back with coffee stains still there.

This is the first hotel in history that doesn’t provide room service on daily basis I put up a fix my room tag around 10am and later when I returned by 5 they told me that we don’t do room after one night I find it strange This attitude needs to be fixed
