First off the front, Dess was very rude he sent me to the basement, which is fine I went into the room, and the room was crawling with roaches I asked for another room, he had an attitude, so I said, never mind I gave him my paper and left If anything, I would like a room with no roaches, please

Overall an okay stay. Convenient location just off I-25, with easy access to Denver Premium Outlets and nearby shopping areas. Basic amenities, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Good value if you're looking for a simple, budget-friendly stop near Thornton or just north of Denver.

Lobby and hall ways smelled like weed(pot). Hair all over the bathroom. Heater was suck on high. It was either extremely hot or cold
