Atour properties in Tianjin

The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities and soft, comfortable bedding. We slept really well after a day out. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, even offering local Tianjin specialties like Jianbing Guozi and Laodoufu, which was a thoughtful touch. In the evenings, there was a heartwarming late-night congee service, which was incredibly comforting after sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and the service from Bin Yong was absolutely fantastic!

It’s my first time to come to China, I left my passport in a restaurant after I had dinner with my friend. I did not realize this until I arrived at ATOUR hotel. Because I cannot speak Chinese, it’s very hard to get a taxi, so I have to go to ATOUR hotel to ensure there is a staff can speak English or not, but I was delighted to find the manager can speak fluent English, and he drove me to that restaurant to find my passport. Because it’s my first time to come to China and I cannot remember the restaurant’s name, so it took about 2 hours to find my passport. Thanks for that manager, and I really feel the kind and brilliant service of the staff when I lived ATOUR hotel, WUQING, they are always kind , smile and professional, and they can help you to do anything if you need, thanks all the staff of the ATOUR hotel, WUQING, and I will choose ATOUR hotel again if I come to China next time.

I chose Atour Hotel in Tianjin Binhai for my business trip, and the experience was fantastic! Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even offered me hot tea. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft, and the deep-sleep pillow was a huge plus. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the facilities were new and functional. The late-night congee was heartwarming, and they even gave me complimentary water upon departure. The thoughtful details were amazing; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Extremely satisfied with this Atour hotel! Early April can still be a bit chilly by the sea, but our room was wonderfully warm, so we didn't have to worry about our child kicking off the covers and getting cold. As always, Atour's bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast service was incredibly long, and they even had Tianjin's special Jianbing Guozi (savory crepes). The hotel is conveniently located a moderate distance from nearby attractions, making it easy to get around. It's perfect for family trips.

I have always liked Atour Hotel. I got off the plane in the middle of the night and wanted to take the high-speed train in Binhai West the next day, so I chose Atour Hotel in Binhai New District. The service in the lobby was pretty good, but I was shocked when I checked in. My mother, my husband, and I were sharing two rooms. The service staff took my mother's and my husband's ID cards and asked me if they would share the same room. I was so angry at the time, wouldn’t I take a look? Can a man and woman aged in their 60s and 90s live together? Then I went upstairs and found that the bathroom exhaust in the house where my mother and I lived was broken, and the wall lamp beside the bed was also broken. Then two trains passed by in the middle of the night, and the sound was very loud, but everything else was fine. Well, if you are bringing children, you should choose carefully. The new decoration smells very strong. My mother said she had a headache after staying for one night. When we left, there were two or three young ladies at the front desk who were very enthusiastic and wanted to bring us water. It was very nice.

We always stay at Atour hotels when we travel, and our experience at the Atour Hotel Tianjin Station Jinwan Square in Tianjin this time was even better. The front desk staff, in particular, were incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service. The weather was very hot, and the hotel staff allowed the four of us, all around 70 years old, to check in early. When we were leaving, the front desk staff even gave us some Tianjin specialty mahua (fried dough twists) to take with us abroad, which deeply touched us. The hotel's facilities are great, and it's clean and tidy. The location is perfect, right in the city center of Tianjin and very close to Tianjin High-Speed Railway Station – you can just walk there. The hotel breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Tianjin! ❤️

The room had no sunlight, but it was clean. However, since it was for my child's midday rest before the college entrance exam, I didn't dare turn on the air conditioner, fearing my child wouldn't be able to sleep. As a result, there was still a constant machine noise, seemingly from the compressor of another room's air conditioner, but I don't know why it was coming from above my room. As a result, my child didn't sleep at all that midday. It was really annoying. Thumbs down.

The Atour Hotel Tianjin Gulou Branch has an excellent location, right next to Gulou and the Xinan Jiao subway station, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk service is warm and attentive, responding promptly, with thoughtful details. Overall, it offers great value for money and a comfortable travel experience. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit Tianjin.

Parking was easy. The hotel is right by the Tianjin Eye and the Haihe River, making it super convenient for sightseeing bus tours and river cruises. The room was quite clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. The service from the lobby and housekeeping staff was excellent. I was traveling with my elderly parents and worried about them standing in the shower, so the staff thoughtfully provided a plastic stool. There are many affordable and delicious local eateries within a few hundred meters to a couple of kilometers.
