We stayed at this apartment for two consecutive nights, and overall, our experience was very satisfactory. I highly recommend it for families traveling with seniors and children.
**Environment:** The apartment complex is designed as an enclosed community with a dedicated children's play area. It's a great spot to relax and nap after a busy day of activities. Our suite faced the inner courtyard, which was wonderfully quiet.
**Facilities:** I booked a two-bedroom suite, and the room was exceptionally well-equipped. The appliances seemed barely used. Notably, it featured a steam oven, a separate heat pump dryer (a huge plus for travelers, as most hotels only offer a washer-dryer combo!), a European four-burner stove, a range hood, and a dishwasher. These amenities truly provided the comfort of a long-term home stay. I chose not to book breakfast precisely so I could cook for my family; after eating out for several days, homemade meals always suit our tastes best.
**Linens & Cleanliness:** The room's hygiene was excellent. The linens were clean and fluffy, without that stiff, old towel feel. Room cleaning was provided upon request. Furniture like the sofas and dining chairs are leather, which makes them very easy to clean and maintain, a definite advantage.
**Service:** Our flight from Tianjin was in the evening, and the hotel kindly granted us a late check-out, allowing us more time to rest. Many thanks to the team on duty for their thoughtfulness and care!
Finally, here are a few suggestions for the hotel to further enhance its service quality:
1. Be more proactive in offering check-in services. The front desk should actively encourage guests to add the concierge's WeChat contact; increased interaction could significantly improve the stay experience.
2. I recommend providing more large-capacity trash cans and extra, thick trash bags within the apartment. With so many excellent facilities, more household waste is inevitably generated, and the current bins and bags are insufficient.
3. A coffee machine is provided, but no coffee capsules are supplied. This needs improvement. Either provide them adequately or not at all; charging for coffee capsules would detract from the overall service experience and isn't worth it.
4. It would be more convenient if the opening direction of the dryer and washing machine doors were aligned.
5. The kitchen bowls were insufficient. Given that there are 6 dining chairs, I suggest providing a full set of cutlery/crockery for six, otherwise it's inconvenient for larger groups.
6. The master bathroom features a shower-bathtub combo. In standard hotels, showerheads are typically mounted facing the wall to avoid spraying users immediately when turned on. While this setup might be fine in a dedicated shower stall, it's problematic with a bathtub. As soon as the shower is turned on, water flows down the wall, onto the tub rim, and then to the floor, splashing everywhere. This increases the risk of slipping for seniors and children, posing a significant safety hazard. I urge the hotel to seriously consider implementing solutions for this.
